Important information
P2P USDT risk disclosure
Read these risks before placing or accepting a NexKina order.
Trading digital assets involves risk and may not be suitable for everyone. NexKina does not guarantee profit, price, payment completion or the conduct of another member.
Digital-asset and price risk
USDT and other digital assets can be affected by market, issuer, network and liquidity events. The PGK value of a trade may differ between dealers and change over time.
Counterparty risk
P2P trades are between members. A counterparty may delay payment, provide incorrect details, raise a dispute or attempt fraud.
Payment risk
Bank transfers may be delayed, reversed, misdirected or held by a payment provider. Always verify cleared funds in your own account before releasing USDT.
Fraud and impersonation
Do not move a conversation outside the order, accept third-party payments, rely only on screenshots or share passwords and one-time codes.
Escrow limitations
Escrow protects the USDT locked for a valid order. It cannot prevent every bank, identity, social-engineering or external-wallet loss.
Account and compliance risk
NexKina may request verification, apply limits, pause activity or restrict an account when required for security, disputes or platform rules.
Operational risk
Internet, device, bank, service-provider or platform interruptions may delay access, messages, payments or settlement.
Legal and tax responsibility
Members are responsible for understanding the laws, tax obligations and digital-asset rules that apply to them in Papua New Guinea or any other relevant jurisdiction.
This disclosure is general information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
