Why we collect it
To operate your wallet and ledger, match you with counterparties, resolve disputes, meet compliance obligations and protect the platform from fraud.
Who can see it
Your private data is visible to you and to authorised compliance or support staff acting under role-based access. Counterparties see only your username, rating, and the payment details required to complete an order.
Verification documents
Uploaded documents are stored in private storage. Access requires your own session or a compliance role, and every review decision is recorded in the audit log.
Retention
Financial records, ledger entries and audit logs are retained for the period required by applicable regulation, even after account closure.
Your choices
You can update your profile and notification preferences at any time and request account closure, subject to open orders, disputes and legal retention duties.
Security
Encrypted transport, hashed passwords, managed sessions, row-level database access rules and structured audit logging protect your information.
