Terms of service
1. Acceptance
By creating a NexKina account you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and any platform rules published in the app.
2. Eligibility and verification
You must be legally able to enter contracts and to trade digital assets in your jurisdiction. We may require identity verification and may restrict accounts pending review.
3. Internal balances
NexKina currently maintains internal USDT balances. No on-chain deposits or withdrawals are offered in this phase, and internal balances are recorded in our ledger.
4. P2P trading and escrow
Trades are agreements between members. NexKina locks the seller's USDT in escrow and releases it according to the order state machine and dispute rulings.
5. Payments
Fiat payments happen outside NexKina between the two members. You must pay the exact amount to the account shown in the order and keep proof of payment.
6. Prohibited use
No fraud, money laundering, sanctioned activity, third-party payments, false evidence, market manipulation or abuse of other members and staff.
7. Fees
Fees are shown before you confirm and are calculated by the platform at the time of the transaction. Fee configuration can change.
8. Disputes
Either party may open a dispute on an eligible order. Our decision, made from the order record, chat and evidence, is final within the platform.
9. Restrictions and termination
We may freeze accounts, disable trading or transfers and reverse fraudulent activity where we have grounds, always with an audit record.
10. Risk and liability
Digital asset prices and counterparty behaviour carry risk. NexKina is not liable for losses arising from your own trading decisions or negligence.
