What is an NK User ID?

Every NexKina member gets a permanent identifier such as NK1234567 alongside their unique username. You can receive internal transfers using either one.

Can I deposit USDT from a blockchain wallet?

Not in this phase. NexKina currently operates internal USDT balances only. The wallet and ledger are already built to support on-chain deposits and withdrawals when networks are switched on.

How does escrow protect me?

When an order is created the seller's USDT is locked. The seller cannot spend it and only a valid completion, cancellation or dispute ruling can move it.

What happens if the buyer never pays?

The order expires or the seller cancels, and the locked USDT returns to the seller's available balance with a ledger record.

What if I paid but the seller does not release?

Accepted Answer

Open a dispute from the order. Escrow stays locked and a compliance admin reviews the chat, evidence and timeline before ruling.

Do I need KYC to trade?

Verification is reviewed manually and may be required for P2P trading and higher limits depending on platform settings.

Are my bank details public?

No. Payment details are stored privately and revealed only inside an active order to the counterparty who needs to pay.
